    Commercial License

    Sharjah Free Zone companies with this license can engage in general trading, retail services, import and export, and other related activities.

    Services License

    Business activities such as business and management consulting, accounting, real estate consultancy, human resources, technical services, and other professional services relied on human skills, ability, and talent.

    A Free Zone LLC is a legal entity registered under the free zone jurisdiction of Dubai Design District. FZ-LLCs are similar to other types of LLCs in that they are separate legal entities from their owners and offer limited liability protection to their shareholders.
